When we launched Inclusion as one of our Core Values, we solidified our commitment to not just talking about Inclusion but living and working with it every day across our operations. We not only believe that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives are the right thing to do, we encourage the embedding of DE&I as part of our culture to support our Core Values of Inclusion, Trust, Teamwork and Excellence. - Communication: We provide regular progress updates and report regularly in accordance with our sustainability commitments.
- Awareness: We cultivate diverse perspectives and balanced representation through activities and platforms such as employee resource groups, myLearning and employee engagement surveys.
- Engagement: We actively listen to our colleagues, take appropriate action and share accountability with regional employee resource groups that support workplace inclusion.
- Compliance: We ensure alignment with the regulations of every jurisdiction in which we operate.
Our aim is to achieve an environment that embraces DE&I – where everyone is treated with fairness and respect, in-house and externally – in all our dealings with customers, suppliers and across the global marketplace.
